Food Is Love
Anyone who knows me knows that I love good food, and that I love making good food. That is why I enrolled and graduated from the prestigious Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Le Cordon Bleu Program. Much of what was taught involved classic French cooking techniques, but I applied what I learned to the foods my family and I love, which are definitely not French.
