Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for cooking and grilling — a passion that was ignited in one of the classes I took at CHIC (Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago). I still remember that day and that pretty bland BBQ Sauce that Chef had us create.
Wanting more from a BBQ Sauce, I decided to experiment on my own and finally after years of nights and weekends trying to create the most perfect combination of flavors, I think I finally nailed it, and ChicaGrill was created.
